Refund & Returns Policy – Wonndo
At Wonndo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return:
- Send an email to support@wonndo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer care team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and confirm whether the return is approved.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at support@wonndo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of it promptly with a replacement or full refund.
